I've had my car serviced here multiple times, and I'm always happy with their work. They are quick, usually have availability with 24 hours and will call you if they find any other issues or recommendations. They are not pushy, when I went for my last oil change they asked if I wanted to rotate the tires and change they air filter while it was on the lift. After the service they let me know that my front brakes are starting to get low and to consider changing them next oil change. They also had an itemized quote already printed. Again, not pushy, and it was nice knowing they are looking out for me.

Had a great experience with Smitty's. We were driving from New Jersey and had to be at a wedding in Boston last Friday night. Cruising along at 65 mph on the Merritt Parkway when the yellow check engine light came on and the car suddenly lost most of its power. I immediately got off at the next exit which was Norwalk Connecticut. Did a search for local service centers and Smitty's seemed to be the closest. Without an appointment, I drove up and one of the owners had one of his mechanics come out and put the car on a scope to diagnose it. It turned out to be a misfiring cylinder. The mechanic ordered the necessary parts from a parts dealer who apparently was very close. Within one hour I was back on the road. Dropping the work that he was doing in order to help me out went above and beyond and I am truly thankful for that. I consider it one of the luckiest days in my life!
